Howdy fellow Clubbers and Happy 2008! SCJR had a great
2007 with members riding in Georgia, Tennessee, the Bahamas,
Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania,
NJ, and of course, all over the great state of Florida. And we
are looking forward to a great 2008 with even more members
riding in even more places. Our Executive Board will be getting
together on Wednesday the 2nd to start planning our January
events with an eye toward the rest of the year with rides planned
for the St John's both near and far, and events like our 3rd
annual RIVER RALLY and our annual JENSEN BEACH
EXCURSION. New member, MIKE DANFORD, has done the
TENNESSEE RIVER 600 for the last 6 years and has done
a DISCOVERY RIVER TOUR. We are going to try and get
him to leave his Jupiter home for a night and come to one of our
winter or early spring meetings to talk to us about these events
so members that might be interested can start making plans to
expand their riding horizons and meet new PWC folks. And we
will continue to emphasize impromptu last minute local rides via
emails and phone calls within the SCJR NATION.

Speaking of impromptu rides, SHARON and JOHN HORSMAN
and ALICIA FANNON have taken it upon themselves to be very
active in getting clubbers together for last minute rides and sharing
their ideas for rides via emails. I would encourage more members
to do the same, you might make some new friends and find new
riding buddies that share your enthusiasm for getting out on the water.
The HORSMAN'S were kind enough to throw a club Christmas/
New Year's party on Sat the 29th. They picked up the gauntlet
at the last minute and pulled it off. For those of you that couldn't
make it, you missed a really fun evening with great food and a
really good time. We all owe them a big THANK YOU for sharing
their beautiful home and their time with us.

We will keep you updated via email what we are up to next. And
of course you can come to the meeting Tues, the 8th and be a part
of the planning of our upcoming events and learn firsthand what is
going on in SCJR NATION. Come grab some grub and hang with
your fellow clubbers for an evening. For those of you that didn't
know, CHOWDERS has new ownership and hopefully are con-
templating a new menu. Here's to a great 2008.
