Greetings Fellow Clubbers!! Welcome to October the month
that gives us National Boss Day ( now that must be a biggie),
United Nations Day (ugh), Yom Kippur, Columbus Day, and
lest I forget goblins and witches, Halloween!!! And a great
month to be alive and a jetski rider in Florida!

Don't forget, the first Saturday is our cleanup/ride day. Clean
up will be at 9 am and our ride will be determined based on
weather and water levels.

Tuesday, the 9th will be our regular meeting at THE NEW
CHOWDERS. I don't know if the sale did in fact go through
but at the last meeting I was told that Chowders would be
sold by our October meeting. Wonder if they have a new
menu and or a new cook? We have as our speaker an
officer from FWC to give us some dam answers regarding
our dam questions arising from whether we can or can't
ride over the LAKE WASHINGTON DAM. So I'm sure
you won't want to miss that presentation. Thanks to TOM
WILSON for the dam presentation. If you haven't read his
most recent minutes you should. He is truly funny with his
presentation of the minutes and we are truly blessed to have
him as our secretary. Be sure to thank him, either in person
or via email. The HORSMAN'S will update us on the excursion
to FERNANDINA BEACH as well. Don't forget the 50/50
and all of the other exciting stuff we do.

We'll keep you posted as to other rides planned throughout the
month. Or you could come to the meeting and hear John W
in person. Now that's a novel idea, isn't it? Hope to see all
